Salmon Patties

Ingredients:

Salmon Patty

2 Cans Cooked Salmon
1 Tbsp Olive Oil
Garlic Salt & Pepper to taste
1 Yellow Onion Diced
1/2 Red Bell Pepper Diced
1 Cup Panko Bread Crumbs
2 Eggs
3 Tbsp Mayo
1 Tsp Worchestershire

Instructions:

  1. Preheat Oven to 350 degrees, prepare a cooking sheet with parchment paper
  2. Use the Olive Oil in a heated pan. Add bell pepper and onion, cook until softened (7-9 mins)
  3. In a large bowl, add salmon, sauteed bell pepper and onion, bread crumbs, eggs, Worcestershire, mayo, pepper and garlic salt. Mix until evenly combined.
  4. Form 6-10 patties, depending on your desired patty size. Place on the prepared pan and press into flat patties.
  5. Cook for 10 mins, flip, cook for another 5-7 mins.
  6. Top with sriracha, or favorite seafood sauce!
