Gingered Stir-Fry

Ingredients:

1 Cup Brown Rice
2 Tsp Sesame Oil
1 Tbsp Soy Sauce
1 Tbsp Rice Vinegar
1 Tbsp Minced Ginger
2 Garlic Cloves, Minced
Pinch of Red Pepper Flakes
Bag of Cooked Shrimp
1 Cup Broccoli Florets
1 Cup Bell Peppers, Sliced
2 Tbsp Green Onion, Sliced

Instructions:

  1. Cook rice according to package
  2. In a bowl, whisk together sesame oil, soy sauce, vinegar, ginger, garlic, and chili flakes. Set aside.
  3. Heat a skillet on high with sesame oil, add broccoli and bell pepper. Cook for 3-4 mins until softened. Add in shrimp to warm up, cook for 2 mins. Add sauce mixture and cook for final minute.
  4. Serve rice in a bowl with shrimp stir fry. Garnish with green onions.
