Thai Turkey Burgers

Ingredients:

1lb Ground Turkey
2 Cloves of Garlic
1 Tbsp Ginger, minced
2 Tsp Soy Sauce
2 Tsp Sriracha
1 Cup Shredded Cabbage
1 Cup Shredded Carrots
1 Tbsp Lime Juice
4 Tsp Olive Oil
4-5 Buns

Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees and prepare a baking sheet

2. Mix together ground turkey, ginger, garlic, soy sauce, sriracha, a pinch of salt and pepper in a bowl.

3. In a separate bowl, mix cabbage, carrots, lime juice, and olive oil. Season with salt and pepper if desired.

4. Form 4-5 patties and place on parchment paper on baking sheet.

5. Bake for 10 minutes, flip, bake for another 5-7 mins or until turkey is cooked.

6. Place on bun and add cabbage/carrot mixture to top of burger. Add sriracha for extra spice!
